Roasted Green Beans with Peppers and Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen green beans
  • 1 red pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 yellow pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 large onion, cut in strips
  • 1/2 cup Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 400. Toss vegetables with dressing in large roasting pan. Bake 30 mins or until veggies are tender, stirring after 15 mins. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake additional 2-3 mins.
