Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 qt. potatoes
- 4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 cup celery hearts
- 1/2 cup radishes
- 1 small onion
- 1/3 cup green pepper
- 1 cup salad dressing
- approx: 1 tsp. salt, pepper, mustard and sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Peel potatoes and boil them whole. Cool in fridge at least 8 hours and then cut up. Mix with other ingredients.
Mix dressing ingredients and taste. Pour over salad and cool.
