Ingredients
- 2 T unsalted butter
- 1 leek, white part only, halved and sliced
- 1 lb baby carrots, peeled
- 1/2 c chicken broth
- 2 T honey
Preparation
Step 1
In skillet over med heat, cook butter 30 sec or until heated. Add leeks. Cook 5 min or until leeks are tender, stirring occasionally.
Add baby carrots, chicken broth and honey. Cover and cook 8 min or until carrots are tender, stirry occasionally.
Remove lid. Cook 5 min more until liquid is almost evaporated. Season with salt and pepper
