Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes peeled and chopped in quarters
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 medium cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper, for bite if desired

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 450°.
2. Cover potatoes in oil and put potatoes on tinfoil on top of baking. Roast for 30 min.
3. Sprinkle spices on potatoes and cook 15 more minutes.
