Ingredients
- 2 pounds potatoes peeled and chopped in quarters
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper, for bite if desired

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 450°.
2. Cover potatoes in oil and put potatoes on tinfoil on top of baking. Roast for 30 min.
3. Sprinkle spices on potatoes and cook 15 more minutes.
