Ingredients
- 1 pkg (4 serving size) vanilla pudding
- 20 oz crushed pineapple in juice, undrained.
- 1 c thawed cool whip topping
- 1 round angel food cake
- Seasonal berries
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry pudding and pineapple with juice in medium bowl and stir in cool whip.
Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers. Spread 1 1/3c pudding mix cover with middle cake layer. Spread 1c pudding mixture; top with remaining cake layer. Spread remaining mix. on top. Refrigerate at least 1 hr until read to serve. Top with berries.
