Ingredients
- 4 cups of potatoes
- 4 oz. whipped cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 tablespoon green onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare spuds as directed omitting butterAdd cream cheese and beat well
Stir in one beaten egg, onion and parsley
Put in well greased casserole dish.
Dot with butter
Sprinkle with paprika
Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes
