Ingredients
- Dipping sauce:
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 6 cloves garlic coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp coarse salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tsp coarse salt
- 4 tsp white pepper
- 4 juicy limes cut in half
Preparation
Step 1
Cut each rack in half and place ribs in a baking dish just large enough to hold them in a single layer.
Place the garlic, sugar, salt, pepper and ground into a paste.
Work in honey, soy sauce. Spread the spice paste over the ribs on both sides. Let the ribs marinate in the fridge covered for 4hrs.
Heat BBQ to medium, oil the grill.
For extra flavor just before servin ribs add a dipping sauce on side of:
1 tsp coarsesalt
1tsp white pepper
and add lime juice...
