- 2 CUPS WATER
- 4 TSP GARLIC POWDER OR CHOPPED FRESH GARLIC
- 1 TSP POWDERED GINGER OR USE FRESH GRATED
- 2/3 CUP VINEGAR OF CHOICE, WHITE OR RED

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND ADD MEAT OR POULTRY AND MARINADE FOR AT LEAST 448 HOURS
