Asparagus Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of asparagus soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 C milk
  • 1/4 C butter
  • 1/4 C chopped onions
  • 1/2 # sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 6 oz crab meat
  • 1/4 C sherry

Preparation

Step 1

Saute butter, onions, crab meat and mushrooms together. Add the soups and milk. Cook together and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add sherry just before serving
