clam chowder

Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz) cans of clams, drained
  • 2 (10 oz) cans undiluted cream of celery soup
  • 2 cups of milk
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

cube and boil potatoes in enough water to cover until thickened. do not drain water. add all ingredients and simmer on low for about 30 minutes.
