Corn Bread/Pudding - low fat

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 1/2 oz) package cornn muffin mix
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1/4 reduced fat butter
  • 1 8 oz can of corn (drained)
  • 3/4 cup cream style corn
  • 1 carton 8 oz fat free yogurt.
  • a little splenda

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients together. Add to a greased 8 in pan. cook at 350 for 45 minutes
