Ingredients
- 1 (8 1/2 oz) package cornn muffin mix
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1/4 reduced fat butter
- 1 8 oz can of corn (drained)
- 3/4 cup cream style corn
- 1 carton 8 oz fat free yogurt.
- a little splenda
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients together. Add to a greased 8 in pan. cook at 350 for 45 minutes
