Ingredients

  • Oil
  • 1 3/4 to 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • Large onion diced
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 potatoes diced

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Flour and water to form a dough. Work the dough until it is elastic. Set for 30 minutes.

Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll out each thing.

Spread oil on dough and stretch until it is paper thin.

Cut dough into 6 inch strips and roll loosely. Put layer in pan over oil.

Then layer potatoes and onion. Cover with water and add chicken seasonings.

Cover and cook 45 minutes.
