    cups flour

    cup water

  • Large onion diced

    potatoes diced

Directions

Mix Flour and water to form a dough. Work the dough until it is elastic. Set for 30 minutes. Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll out each thing. Spread oil on dough and stretch until it is paper thin. Cut dough into 6 inch strips and roll loosely. Put layer in pan over oil. Then layer potatoes and onion. Cover with water and add chicken seasonings. Cover and cook 45 minutes.
