Ingredients
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 11 – 4 oz. ripe cherry tomatoes
- 2 handfuls basil
- 6-8 glugs olive oil
- 1 clove garlic finely sliced
- 1 tbs white or red wine vinegar
- Sea salt
- Fresh ground pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta.
Have tomatoes and put in bowl. Add herbs, oil, garlic and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and slightly mash tomatoes.
Mix tomatoes and pasta. Sprinkle with cheese.
