Cooking FRESH Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh pasta
  • 1 gallon water
  • 2 tbs sea salt
  • 4 tsp evoo

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water to boil (1 gallon water per pound of pasta) add sea salt (1/2 tbs per quart) and oil (1 tsp per quart) add pasta, return to boil and cook for 2-3 minutes for al dente
