LEMON CAKE REFRIGERATOR DESSERT

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon cake mix with pudding in mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package lemon jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup 7-Up
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cake mix according to box directions and bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13" pan. When cake is done, pierce all over with fork. Prepare jello with boiling water; stirring until dissolved. Add 7-Up and immediately pour over the cake. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Prepare lemon pudding with 1 cup milk. Blend in Cool Whip and frost cake. Keep in refrigerator. Will last up to 10 days.
