Ingredients
- 4 - 6 pork chopes
- uncooked rice
- 1 can beef or chicken consomme
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
BROWN chops in a large skillet and place in oven proof baking dish
SPRINKE uncooked rice in spaces between chops
POUR canned consomme over all
Cover and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until chops are tender and rice absorbs liquid
