Ingredients
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
- 1 pkg. dried Knorr vegetable soup mix
Preparation
Step 1
Squeeze spinach dry. In medium bowl, stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, and soup mix. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours. Stir before serving.
Serve with pumpernickel bread, crackers, or vegetables.
