Ingredients
- 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten or 1/4 cup liquid egg substitute
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Cook spinach and drain well.
Combine with other ingredients and form into one inch balls and place on lightly greased baking sheet.
Place in freezer for 20 minutes until firm.
Bake at 325 º for 25 to 30 minutes
