Ingredients
- 3 tbs. Apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbs. walnut oil
- 1 Large Cameo apple, cored, thinly sliced
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 walnut pieces, toasted
- 4 oz. Brie cheese, rimmed trimmed
- 8 slices Baquette, cut on a bias, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
Wisk vinegar and oil in large bowl to blend and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Tossed sliced apple and salad greens with the vinaigrette.
Divid evenly between 4 plates and top each salad with toasted walnuts.
Spread Brie cheese evenly over the toasted baguette slices. Serve two crostini along side each salad.
