Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1/4 C. melted butter
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 oz.) can kernel corn
Preparation
Step 1
Simply mix all your ingredients together with a fork, then pour your mixture into a 12x7-inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, until slightly browned.
