Cheese and rasberry preserve spread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lowfat mayo
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions (fine)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
  • Can be cut in half

Preparation

Step 1

Use a serving piece with a 1 inch lip on side

Mix all together and refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours
Spread rasberry preserves over as thick as you like about 1/2 hour before serving
Spread on triscuits
