Ingredients
- 1 Cup Vinegar
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3 Cups Water
- Freshly Pulled Red Beets
Preparation
Step 1
Cook beats in salted water and when tender, skin. Bring vinegar, sugar and water to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes. Put prepared beets into the syrup and boil 5 minutes longer. Can and seal tightly. Will make 2 quarts.
