Ingredients
- 8 oz. crab meat
- 8 oz. fat free cream cheese
- 1 cup Picante sauce or salsa
- 1 t. cumin
- 1/2 t. salt
- 8 low carb flour tortillas
- shredded lettuce
Preparation
Step 1
Combine crab meat, cream cheese, 1/3 cup sauce and salt. Mix well. Chill 2-3 hours. Spoon 1/4 cup crab meat mixture down center of tortilla. Drizzle reaining sauce over mixture. Fold one edge of tortilla over filling. Roll up. wrap in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
