Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Splenda
- 1/3 cup sugar*
- 1/2 cup reduced fat Bisquick
- 1 13-oz. can evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 T. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 t. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9" pie plate. Blend all ingredients in a blender. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted into center comes out clean, about 50-55 minutes. Garnish with whipped topping.
*Sugar can be replaced with Splenda.
