Apple Fritters

By

Apple fritters always bring back memories of sitting at the old kitchen table with my Momma - an apple fritter with a nice cup of coffee... these were her favorite. I add a touch of cinnamon to the powdered sugar for dusting just to make it taste like those we used to get at the donut shop. (note that the picture attached is one from the internet apparently with a glaze on top instead of the powdered sugar as per the recipe)
