Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 med. tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 med. onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 pork chops
- noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, garlic powder & pepper; coat chops. Brown chops on both sides in hot oil over med-high heat. Sprinkle tomatoes and onions over chops. Pour soy sauce and 1/3 cup water over all. Cover and simmer 45 minutes, turning once. Serve over noodles.
