Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Roma tomatoes diced
- 1 cup spinach leaves, cleaned, dried
- 6 egg whites
- 1 1/2 oz feta, crumbled
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
In a heated greased pan saute tomatoes and spinach until tender. Remove and set aside.
Whisk egg whites together and add to pan. Add veggies, cheese and basil and cook to desired firmness.
