Ingredients

  • eggs
  • olive oil
  • thyme
  • Mushrooms (preferably oyster)
  • hazelnuts
  • crusty bread
  • goat cheese
  • hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté oyster or other mushrooms with thyme and olive oil, but on top of toasted crusty bread, top with hazelnuts if available and then a poached egg. Goat cheese can be added for extra deliciousness.
