Ingredients
- Grilled onions for Blue-Cheese Buffalo Burgers:
- 2 large yellow onions, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Brush both sides of onion slices with olive oil; sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper.
Spray grill with nonstick, nonflammable cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400-450 degrees).
Grill onion slices, covered with grill lid, until desired degree of doneness is reached, approximately 4-5 minutes per side.
