Chicken Thighs with Garlic

Ingredients

  • chicken thighs
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 head garlic
  • oil
  • butter
  • 2/14 c. sherry vinegar
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • thyme springs
  • honey
  • lemon slices
  • 1/2 c. water

Preparation

Step 1

Season chicken with salt & pepper. Brown chicken in oil, cut garlic head in half. Put garlic in pan - skin side down. If chicken has skin put skin side down. Add sherry vinegar, soy sauce, water, and honey over chicken. Add thyme springs. Place lemon slices on chicken. Cover, cook till 160 internal temperature.
