Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Carrots, sliced and cooked, 1 can of tomato soup, boiled; 1/2 cup sugar; 1/2 cup vinegar; 1/2 cup oil; 1 onion, finely chopped; 1 green pepper, finely chopped.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook carrots until tender but not mushy. Drain. To boiled soup add sugar, vinegar, oil, onion and green pepper. Stir carrots into this mixture and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Serve hot or cold.
