Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 potatoes, whole, unpeeled
  • Bell Pepper
  • onion
  • celery
  • sweet pickle
  • boiled eggs
  • black/green olives
  • a lot of mayonnaise
  • little mustard
  • salt / pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes until tender. let cool; pull off peels. Chop veggies, add to potatoes. Start with 1/2 mayo, add until moisture is good. Add about teaspoon of mustard to start; add more if desired. Salt & pepper to taste.
