Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. filet of trout (2 fillets)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and olive oil. Spread mixture over fillets, grill 3-5 minutes per side. Mix sour cream and horseradish then chill. When fillets done put horseradish mixure over fillets and add paprika.
