Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teasp dijon mustard
- 1/4 teasp fresh thyme or 1/8 teasp dried
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon grand marnier
- 1 whole clove garlic minced
Preparation
Step 1
combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer, stirring occasionally until mixture reduces to a glaze(about 1/2 cup) Brush glaze on roast half duck after removing from oven and serve remaining glaze on the side
