  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teasp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teasp fresh thyme or 1/8 teasp dried
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon grand marnier
  • 1 whole clove garlic minced

combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer, stirring occasionally until mixture reduces to a glaze(about 1/2 cup) Brush glaze on roast half duck after removing from oven and serve remaining glaze on the side
