Salads - SPINACH SALAD

Ingredients

  • Stir together:
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teasps dry mustard
  • 1/4 teasp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Gradually add 3 tablespoons red wine or vinegar or tarragon vinegar.

Pour over cut-up spinach, fried bacon bits, chopped boiled eggs, sliced mushrooms and ½ of red onion. Refrigerate.
