Ingredients
- 4 russet or sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chives
- 2/3 cup cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Bake potatoes at 400 degrees, until tender (1 hour for russet, 50 minutes for sweet potatoes).
Split open and fluff with a fork.
Scoop out flesh of potatoes, mash with all other ingredients. Stuff into skins, top with more cheese and broil to melt.
