Ingredients
- 4 Large heads white and/or red endive
- trimmed and separated into leaves (about
- 30 )
- 2/3 C soft goat cheese
- 5 dried figs cut in 6 pieces each
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Honey
Preparation
Step 1
Fill bottom of each leaf with about 1 Tablespoon cheese. Top cheese with a fig piece. Sprinkle filled ends with pepper and drizzle with honey.
