Endive Bites with Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 Large heads white and/or red endive
  • trimmed and separated into leaves (about
  • 30 )
  • 2/3 C soft goat cheese
  • 5 dried figs cut in 6 pieces each
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Honey

Preparation

Step 1

Fill bottom of each leaf with about 1 Tablespoon cheese. Top cheese with a fig piece. Sprinkle filled ends with pepper and drizzle with honey.
