Ingredients
- 2 pound boneless beef chuck roast
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Combine roast, orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and W-sauce in a large ziptop bag. Seal bag and refrigerate at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours. Preheat over to 325. Pour marinade into a Dutch oven. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and boil for 2 minutes. Add roast, cover, and bake about 3 hours. Keep an eye on it so as to not burn it. May require turning over the roast half way through.
