Coconut encrusted halibut

Ingredients

  • Halibut pieces - no skin
  • flour - white or whole wheat
  • egg
  • grated medium coconut, unsweetened
  • cilantro and lemon for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Dip halibut pieces in flour, then egg, then coconut.
Bake at 450.
Serve with rice and sauted veg with mirin.
Garnish with lemon and cilantro.
