  • Halibut pieces - no skin

  • flour - white or whole wheat

  • egg

  • grated medium coconut, unsweetened

  • cilantro and lemon for garnish

Directions

Dip halibut pieces in flour, then egg, then coconut. Bake at 450. Serve with rice and sauted veg with mirin. Garnish with lemon and cilantro.
