  • 2/3 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • JUICE OF LEMON
  • 1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE
  • 1 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT INGREDIENTS IN SAUCE PAN UNTIL DISSOLVED AND BLENDED
PLACE FISH ON GRILL OVER HOT COALS. I LIKE TO WRAP MINE IN FOIL OR LAY ON FOIL

BASTE WITH SAUCE 2 OR 3 TIMES DURING COOKING.

WHEN BBQING FILLETED SALMON, COOK WITH SKIN ON. SKIN SIDE DOWN AND DO NOT TURN. IF STEAKS THEY MAY BE TURNED. FLAKE APART TO SEE IF DONE. SERVE WITH ADDITIONAL BBQ SAUCE AND LEMON.
