Cherry Crisp Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 3/4 cup quick cooking oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecan chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cans (21 oz each) cherry pie filling
  • 1 graham cracker crust (10 inch)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in medium saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in oats, flour, brown sugar, pecans (if desired) and cinnamon. Spoon pie filling into crust. Sprinkle oat mixture over top. Place pie on baking sheet and bake in pre-heated, 375 degree oven until topping is golden brown (40-45 minutes). Cool on wire rack, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
