Ingredients
- 1 package Oscar Mayer lower-sodium bacon - (16 oz) cut 1/2" pieces
- 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
- 6 green onions sliced
- 8 ounces fettuccine uncooked
- 8 ounces Philadelphia Free fat-free cream cheese cubed
- 2/3 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves crushed
- 1 small tomato chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon until crisp; drain. Add mushrooms and onions to bacon in skillet; cook and stir 4 minutes. Set aside.
Meanwhile, cook fettuccine as directed on package in large saucepan; drain. Return fettuccine to saucepan; add cream cheese, milk and seasonings. Cook and stir on medium heat until cream cheese melts.
Toss bacon mixture with fettuccine mixture; sprinkle with tomato.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
