Spaghetti w/ Clams

Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1/2 C evoo
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 t red pep flakes
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 3/4 C dry white wine
  • 50 little neck clams
  • 1/3 C parsley flakes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 cans chopped clams
  • 1/2 C parm cheese
  • 12 chopped leaves basil (1t. dried)

Preparation

Step 1

heat oil, add garlic, pep flakes, salt and cook. Add wine, clams, cover and cook.
