Ingredients
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 (16-oz.) can pumpkin
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 env. Knox gelatin
- 1/4 c. water
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 3 ingrekients; press in 9x13-inch pan. Beat eggs, sugar and cream cheese; pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Combine next 6 ingredients; cook until thick. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add to pumpkin mixture. Beat egg whites stiff. Add sugar gradually; fold into mixture. Chill till firm. Top with Cool Whip. Keep in refrigerator.
