Turkey and Celery Burgers (Weight Watchers)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 2 tbsp Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worchesterhire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • cooking spray.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Divide meat mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2- inch-thick patty.

Heat oil in a med nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over med heat. Add patties and cook.
