Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns (thawed)
- 1/2 cup oleo (melted)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 TB dried minced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 cups American cheese (grated)
- 1/4 cup oleo
- 2 cups corn flakes (crushed)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first eight ingredients and put in (9 x 13) buttered casserole. Put 1/4 cup melted oleo and corn flakes over top. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
